Documentation for every department, managed from one place.

UnityPulse builds TScribe for radiologists and sonographers, and Ureport for every other specialty. Register your hospital once, add clinicians by specialty, and run both from a single dashboard.

What a hospital gets from day one.

Not a pilot and not a project. Clinicians dictate, reports come back formatted, and the department can see and cap what it spends.

Turnaround

Reports leave the room faster.

A structured report comes back in under 60 seconds after the clinician stops talking. Findings, measurements and impression already in place.

Clinician time

Less time typing, more with patients.

Clinicians report 60% or more of their documentation time back. Dictate freestyle, into a template, or say only what changed.

Cost

Spend you can see and cap.

Credits are shared across the organisation, with a limit per member and an alert before they run low. Live captions and drafts are never charged.

Oversight

Manage people, not their reports.

Admins see members, usage and devices from one dashboard. They cannot see report content, because UnityPulse does not hold it.

Fit

Works with the EMR you already have.

Copy and paste on day one. Dictate straight into a web EMR with the browser extension. File reports directly over HL7 FHIR when the department is ready.

Data

Patient data does not live with us.

Audio is deleted after processing. No reports are stored. Operated in Nigeria under the NDPR. The finished report stays in your system.

One organisation account, both products.

Add clinicians by specialty; each one lands in the right product automatically and shares the organisation’s credits.

  1. Register the organisation

A hospital, a group or a single department. The person who registers becomes the owner and can add other admins.

  2. Add clinicians by specialty

Invite by email. A radiologist gets TScribe, a nurse gets Ureport. They sign in with one UnityPulse account.

  3. Credits, shared by everyone

One pool for the organisation. Set a limit per member and get an alert before it runs low.

  4. Run it from the dashboard

Members, roles, devices, usage and alerts. Lock sign-ins to approved devices. Make two-factor mandatory. Follow the EMR setup guide when you want direct filing.

Two products. The specialty decides.

Each has its own site with the full detail. Here is enough to know which one to open.

tscribe.io

TScribe

For radiologists and sonographers

98 curated imaging templates across CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, fluoroscopy and mammography. Say the measurements and they land in the right fields. Normal statements fill themselves when a study is unremarkable.

ureport.io

Ureport

For every other clinical specialty

Physicians, surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, dentists, lab scientists, public health and more. Adds form mode: speak into a predefined form and the fields fill, for intake, triage, outreach and research.

Which product is mine?

Pick a specialty and the answer appears here.

How it fits together.

One line from a clinician’s voice to the patient record.

A clinician speaks

In English, Yoruba, Hausa or French. Freestyle or into a template.

The product app

TScribe or Ureport returns a formatted report, with live captions while you talk.

The UnityPulse platform

Account, organisation, credits, templates, two-factor. Audio deleted after processing.

The browser extension

Puts the report into any text field in a web EMR.

Your record

Paste, dictate in place, or file over HL7 FHIR. Your system keeps the report.

Dictate straight into any web EMR.

UnityPulse Dictation is one browser extension for both products. Right-click a field, speak, and the report lands where the cursor is. It reads nothing from a page until you press record. Ureport users can fill a whole web form from one dictation, with a review step before anything is written.

What the extension does and the permissions it asks for

Nothing to leak, by design.

The most sensitive data in the workflow never persists on our servers. What we do hold is protected the way you would expect.

Audio is deleted after processing

Encrypted in transit, transcribed, then discarded once the report is back on the clinician’s device.

No reports are stored

The finished report lives with you. There is nothing on our side to show anyone.

Operated under the NDPR

Based in Nigeria and governed by the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation.

Two-factor and device approval

Available on every account, mandatory where the organisation says so. New sign-ins wait for approval.

Sessions end on the server

“Sign out everywhere” ends every session immediately, not at the next refresh.

Never used to train models

Patient dictation and reports are not used to train AI models.

Read the security page

Built in Nigeria, for the rooms we know.

The connection drops. The EMR is whichever one the hospital bought. It is never quiet. We designed for that, not around it.

Unreliable connectivity

Recordings are saved as they happen. A draft survives a lost connection, a closed tab or a dead battery, and can be retried.

Varied EMRs

Copy and paste is always the floor. The extension and HL7 FHIR filing sit on top when the hospital is ready.

Busy rooms

Noise-tolerant transcription, a silence watchdog that pauses when nothing is heard, and a warning when a microphone is dead.

Multi-language dictation

Understands major languages, including Yoruba and Hausa, and writes the report in English.

Questions hospitals ask.

Which product should our clinicians use?

Radiologists and sonographers: TScribe. Everyone else: Ureport. When an organisation adds a clinician by specialty, they land in the right one automatically. One UnityPulse account signs in to either.

Do you store patient data or reports?

No. Audio is processed in transit and deleted after the report is returned. The finished report lives with you, in your records system or on your device. We do not store, index or review clinical reports, and we do not use them to train models.

Does it work with our EMR?

Yes, at whichever level you want. Copy and paste works with any system on day one. If your EMR runs in a browser, the extension dictates straight into the field. Departments that want direct filing can connect over HL7 FHIR or SMART on FHIR, set up once by an administrator, with a local agent for on-premise systems. See integrations.

How do credits work for a department?

An organisation account holds one shared pool of credits. Admins set a limit per member so nobody can use it all, and get an alert before the pool runs low. Credits are consumed as reports are produced. Live captions and drafts are never charged.

Can our IT team control which devices sign in?

Yes. New sign-ins wait for approval, an organisation can lock sign-ins to approved devices, and two-factor authentication can be made mandatory for staff accounts. “Sign out everywhere” ends every session on the server immediately.

Is UnityPulse a medical device?

No. TScribe and Ureport are documentation productivity tools. They do not make clinical decisions, generate diagnoses or interpret images. Every report is a draft for a qualified clinician to review and sign.
