An organisation account puts every clinician on a shared pool of credits, sends each one to the right product for their specialty, and gives administrators one dashboard for members, devices, usage and alerts. Never for report content.
How it works
Register the organisation
A hospital, a group of clinics or a single department. The person who registers becomes the owner and can add other admins.
Add clinicians by specialty
Invite by email. A radiologist gets TScribe, a nurse gets Ureport. Each signs in with one UnityPulse account. Clinicians who already have an account keep it and simply join.
Credits, shared by everyone
One pool for the organisation. Set a limit per member so nobody can use it all, top someone up when they need it, and get an email before the pool runs low.

Members and roles
Owner, admin and member roles. Invite, remove, and see who is active. A clinician who leaves keeps their account as an individual one and stops being billed to you.
Shared credits with limits
One pool, a limit per member, and a place to top somebody up. Credits are consumed as reports are produced; live captions and drafts are never charged.
Low-credit alerts
Set a threshold and the admins are emailed before the pool runs out, so a busy clinic never stalls.
Device lock
New sign-ins wait for approval. Lock the organisation to approved devices so a leaked password on its own is not enough.
Mandatory two-factor
Make two-factor authentication compulsory for staff accounts. Members cannot turn it off.
Usage, not content
Usage by member and department, and, if you file into a records system, that a report was filed and when. Never the clinical content: we do not hold it.
EMR setup guide
Connect a FHIR-capable system, a SMART on FHIR app, or an on-premise system through the local agent. Integrations.
Sign out everywhere
Ending a session takes effect on the server immediately, on every device.

Pick a department to start
Imaging is the fastest start because the TScribe template library is ready. A clinic or ward on Ureport is just as quick with the general templates.
Register and invite
Register at manage.unitypulse.io, add admins, invite clinicians by email with their specialty. The web app works in any browser, with Android and iOS apps for those who want them.
Copy and paste first
Start with copy and paste into your existing EMR. Add the browser extension for anyone whose EMR runs in a browser. No IT work yet.
Direct filing
When the department wants reports filed straight into the record, your IT lead follows the EMR setup guide. We walk them through it.
Questions administrators ask.
Can an administrator read a clinician’s reports?
No. An administrator sees members, usage and devices, and, if you file into a records system, that a report was filed and when. Reports and recordings are not held by UnityPulse, so there is nothing to show.
Can clinicians who already have accounts join?
Yes. Invite them by email and their existing UnityPulse account joins the organisation. Their templates stay with them. If they leave later, the account becomes an individual one again.
What happens if the credit pool runs out?
Admins get an alert at the threshold you set, before it runs out. If it does, dictation waits until the pool is topped up. Live captions and drafts are never charged, and nothing recorded is lost.
Can we restrict which devices sign in?
Yes. New sign-ins wait for approval and you can lock the organisation to approved devices. Two-factor authentication can be made mandatory for all staff accounts.
What if the organisation closes its account?
You choose whether to release members to individual accounts or delete them. Anyone whose account is deleted is emailed and can restore it within 30 days. Records we are required to keep survive in a form no longer linked to a named person.
