UnityPulse is the healthtech company, based in Nigeria, that builds TScribe and Ureport and the platform they share: accounts, organisations, credits, templates, the browser extension, the transcription service and the security posture.

Who they are for and what they ship with. TScribe carries a curated library of 98 imaging templates and is built around radiology and sonography reports. Ureport carries general clinical and specialty templates and adds form mode for intake, triage, outreach and research. Both have the same dictation modes, the same account, the same extension and the same rules about data. Compare them.

Your specialty decides which product opens for your account. A hospital can run both: its imaging clinicians on TScribe and everyone else on Ureport, from one organisation dashboard and one credit pool.

Major languages, including English, Yoruba, Hausa and French. The report is written in English (output language is a setting). Transcription is built for busy clinical environments and Nigerian accents.

Yes. The web app runs in any browser, and there are Android and iOS apps. The browser extension covers Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer.

Register at manage.unitypulse.io. The person who registers becomes the owner, adds other admins, and invites clinicians by email with their specialty. The organisation plan.

An organisation account holds one shared pool of credits. Admins set a limit per member, top someone up when needed, and get an alert before the pool runs low. Credits are consumed as reports are produced. Live captions and drafts are never charged.

No. An administrator sees members, usage and devices, and, if the organisation files into a records system, that a report was filed and when. Never the clinical content, because UnityPulse does not hold it.

Yes. New sign-ins wait for approval, the organisation can be locked to approved devices, and two-factor authentication can be made mandatory for staff accounts. “Sign out everywhere” takes effect on the server immediately.

You keep it. It becomes an individual account and stops being billed to the organisation. Your own templates stay with you.

Yes, at whichever level you want. Copy and paste works with any system on day one, formatting intact. If your EMR runs in a browser, the extension dictates straight into the field. Departments that want direct filing connect over HL7 FHIR or SMART on FHIR, set up once by an administrator, with a local agent for on-premise systems. Integrations.

Only the field you dictate into, on the page you are on, when you ask it to. It does not read pages in the background and does not send page content to UnityPulse. The permissions in plain words.

Into your own system. We do not keep a copy of the report or the recording. An administrator can see that a report was sent and when, which is the record they need for audit, without the content being held by us.

Yes. Headings, bold, bullet lists and numbering come through as real formatting rather than stray asterisks and dashes.

No. Audio is processed in transit over an encrypted connection and deleted after the report is returned. The finished report lives with you. We do not store, index or review clinical reports, and we do not use them to train models.

Unitypulse is based in Nigeria and operates under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). The privacy policy and security page set out the detail.

No. TScribe and Ureport are documentation productivity tools. They do not make clinical decisions, generate diagnoses or interpret images. Every report is a draft for a qualified clinician to review and sign.

Yes, from your profile in the app. Deleting it signs you out everywhere and schedules permanent removal after 30 days; until then you can restore it from the link in the email we send. How to delete your account and data.

Recordings are saved as they happen, so nothing is lost. The draft waits and is transcribed once you are back on a connection.

Yes. Sign up on either product and run a first dictation. Hospitals can ask for a walkthrough on a study or note type they choose.
