Two products. The specialty decides.

Both turn what a clinician says into a finished, formatted report. Both sign in with the same UnityPulse account and share the same organisation, credits, templates and browser extension. They differ in who they are built for and in what they ship with.

TScribe

For radiologists and sonographers

Clinical dictation built around imaging reports.

  • 98 curated templates: CT (25), MRI (18), ultrasound (18), X-ray (24), fluoroscopy (8), mammography and general.
  • Say the measurements; sizes, volumes and laterality land in the right fields.
  • Call a study unremarkable and the normal statements fill themselves.
  • Freestyle, full template, segment edit, summary and conversation modes.
  • Correct a measurement or a sentence by saying it.

Which product is mine?

Pick a specialty and the answer appears here. The rule is simple: radiologists and sonographers use TScribe, every other clinical specialty uses Ureport.

Five ways to dictate.

The same modes in both products. Pick per report.

Freestyle

“Write it up from what I say.” No template. A clean report from open dictation.

Full template

“Fill the whole template.” Every section filled from the dictation; sections not mentioned stay as the template has them.

Segment edit

“Change or add parts, keep the rest.” Say only what changes or is new. Everything else stays exactly as it is.

Summary

A concise clinical summary of what was said.

Conversation

Splits a recording into speakers (Doctor, Patient, and so on), editable afterwards. Works for consultations and telehealth calls; the app can capture system or tab audio for a call.

Form mode Ureport only

Speak into a predefined form and the fields fill from what is said. Fields take values or full sentences.

Individual clinicians can sign up on either product and join an organisation later. Hospitals register once and add everyone by specialty.
