Copy and paste the floor
One tap copies the finished report with headings, bold and lists intact. It pastes into any EMR, HIS, Word document or reporting system. Nobody to ask.

Any web EMR or HISHL7 FHIR and SMART on FHIR
The finished report is filed into the patient record directly, over the standard interfaces your system already speaks. An administrator sets it up once from the organisation dashboard with credentials the hospital controls and can rotate or revoke at any time. Clinicians see one extra button.
Departments with a FHIR-capable systemOn-premise agent
For records systems that do not face the internet, a small local agent bridges the connection from inside your network. It is guided from the EMR setup guide in the organisation dashboard and runs with credentials your IT team controls.

The hospital holds the keys
Connections to a records system are authenticated with credentials the organisation controls. Revoking them from the admin dashboard takes effect immediately.
An audit trail without the content
When a report is filed we record that it was sent and when, so an administrator has a trail. That record never contains the clinical content, because we do not hold it.
The report goes to you, not to us
In every route, copy and paste, extension or FHIR, the report goes to the clinician or to a system the hospital controls. We do not keep a copy.
Encrypted in transit
All communication with UnityPulse uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Audio is deleted after the report is returned.
Your system, your rules
Configuring, testing and authorising the connection is the organisation’s responsibility, as is checking it against local data governance rules. We walk your IT lead through it.
Nothing breaks if it is not a fit
If direct filing does not suit your setup, copy and paste and the extension keep working exactly as they do now.

Register the organisation
At manage.unitypulse.io. The registrant becomes the owner and can add other admins.
Open the EMR setup guide
Choose your records system type: FHIR endpoint, SMART on FHIR app, or on-premise via the local agent.
Connect with your credentials
Enter the endpoint and credentials your IT team issues. Test with a sample report. Rotate or revoke any time.
Clinicians see one extra button
Alongside copy, “File to record”. Which routes are available depends on what the admin has set up.
