UnityPulse is a healthtech company based in Nigeria. We build TScribe and Ureport, and the platform that makes them one account, one organisation and one set of rules about data.
Why we built this
A radiologist’s most valuable skill is reading scans, not typing reports. A nurse’s is care, not paperwork. In busy departments across Nigeria, a large part of every clinician’s day goes to documentation, and the tools built for other markets assume broadband, a single EMR, and a quiet room.
We started with imaging, because the report is the product of the work and the delay is felt by everyone waiting on it. TScribe turns a radiologist’s or sonographer’s dictation into a structured report in under a minute. Ureport took the same engine to every other specialty, and added form mode for the intake, triage, outreach and research work that lives in forms rather than prose.
What we believe
The clinician stays in the loop
AI writes the draft. A qualified clinician reviews, edits and signs. Our products are documentation aids, not medical devices, and they never make a clinical decision.
Patient data should not live with us
Audio is deleted after processing. Reports are not stored. The finished report goes to the clinician or to a system the hospital controls. We would rather have nothing to protect than promise to protect it well.
Build for the rooms we know
Connections drop, batteries die, and the EMR is whichever one the hospital bought. Recordings are saved as they happen, drafts survive a lost connection, and copy and paste is always the floor.
Hospitals should be able to see and cap what they spend
Pay as you go with credits, one shared pool per organisation, a limit per member, and an alert before it runs low. No surprise invoices.
The products
