The platform behind both products.

Accounts, organisations, credits, templates, the browser extension, the transcription service and the security posture are shared. TScribe and Ureport are two front doors to the same building.

Accounts

One account, either product

A person creates one UnityPulse account and signs in to TScribe or Ureport with it. Google sign-in is available. The specialty on the account decides which product opens; radiologists and sonographers get TScribe, everyone else gets Ureport.

Organisations

Hospitals, groups and departments

An organisation account holds members with roles (owner, admin, member), a shared credit pool, approved devices and an admin dashboard at manage.unitypulse.io. Members are added by email and land in the right product for their specialty. The organisation plan.

Credits

Pay as you go

Use is metered in credits, consumed as reports are produced. Personal accounts hold their own; organisation members draw from the shared pool within the limit their admin sets. Live captions and drafts are never charged. Receipts arrive by email.

Templates

On the device by default, synced if you choose

Templates stay on the device unless a person turns on cloud sync for their own account. The browser extension can use templates whether or not they are synced. Report templates keep headings, bold, bullets and numbering, and that formatting survives the paste.

Transcription

One service, both products

Noise-tolerant transcription with live captions on screen while you speak. Understands major languages, including Yoruba and Hausa, and writes the report in English (output language is a setting). Audio is deleted after processing.

Extension

UnityPulse Dictation

One browser extension for Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Sign in with either account. Dictate into any text field on any site; Ureport users can fill a whole web form. About the extension.

Integrations

From copy and paste to HL7 FHIR

Copy and paste is the floor and always works. The extension covers any web EMR. Organisations that want direct filing connect over HL7 FHIR or SMART on FHIR, with a local agent for on-premise systems. Integrations.

Security

TLS everywhere, two-factor, device approval

Two-factor authentication on any account, mandatory where an organisation says so. Sign-in device approval, “sign out everywhere”, and sessions that end on the server. No patient data or reports are retained. Security and data handling.

Never lose a recording.

Built for rooms where the connection drops and the battery dies.

Saved as it happens

Audio is saved as it is captured. A recording cut short by a microphone unplugging is finished with everything captured so far.

Drafts survive

A draft survives a crash, a closed tab, a dead battery or a lost connection, and can be retried or re-listened to.

Watchdogs

A silence watchdog pauses automatically when nothing is being picked up, and warns when a microphone produces no signal. Pause and resume any time.

Where it runs.

A web app in any browser, Android and iOS apps, and the browser extension. Sign in anywhere with the same account.

Web app

app.tscribe.io and app.ureport.io. Works on laptops, tablets and phones.

Android and iOS

Native apps for dictating on the move. Store links are on each product’s site.

Browser extension

Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Dictate straight into the EMR field you are already standing in.

One account. Two products. One dashboard.
